Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the Tryzee website (tryzee.co.nz) and our IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Tryzee provides IT solutions and services including but not limited to:
- IT consulting and support
- Cloud migration and management
- Cybersecurity services
- Business continuity planning
- Device repair (computers, phones, tablets)
- Network solutions
Specific service terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tryzee or its content suppliers and is protected by New Zealand and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:

Payment Terms
Payment terms for our IT services will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
- Invoices are due within 14 days of issue
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the provision of services. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Tryzee reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if terms are violated.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
